Les vannes \u00e0 cartouche s’ins\u00e8rent dans les cavit\u00e9s, pour MDTools nous avons 2 types de cavit\u00e9s: standard et \u00ab\u00a0cavit\u00e9s solaires\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Standard signifie une cavit\u00e9 avec contre-al\u00e9sage, les cavit\u00e9s Sun prennent leur origine dans les vannes Sun Hydraulics, elles s’accouplent avec \u00ab\u00a0Locating Shoulder\u00a0\u00bb situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur de la cavit\u00e9. Les r\u00e8gles des vannes \u00e0 cartouche sont d\u00e9finies via la bo\u00eete de dialogue MDTools Set Constraints. Pour une vanne \u00e0 cartouche, nous avons besoin de 3 contraintes: face sup\u00e9rieure, face inf\u00e9rieure, axe.<\/p>\n

Chacune de ces g\u00e9om\u00e9tries doit \u00eatre d\u00e9finie directement dans le mod\u00e8le 3D de la vanne<\/p>\n

La commande MDTools Set Constraints est disponible dans l’environnement d’assemblage et de pi\u00e8ce pour SolidWorks et Autodesk Inventor.<\/p>\n

La face sup\u00e9rieure est toujours requise, elle n’est pas pertinente lorsque la cartouche n’aura aucun \u00e9l\u00e9ment suppl\u00e9mentaire assembl\u00e9 sur le dessus (c’est-\u00e0-dire une bobine, un \u00e9crou).<\/p>\n

Bobines, \u00e9crou … n\u00e9cessiteront les m\u00eames contraintes comme la cartouche \u00e0 assembler automatiquement par MDTools<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
